Since we have been doing separate waste collection, we have almost never had any problems, in fact, only a couple of times they didn't collect, perhaps due to oversights or forgetfulness, but everything has always been resolved. The service works and in Italy this is no small feat. Perhaps I would collect the glass at other times to avoid disturbances very early in the morning (with respect for the poor workers who wake up early to work, be they garbage collectors or other workers)

I made a request to remove a kitchen, and they also took care of loading other waste that other condominium residents had uncivilizedly left under the building. (and they didn't even wait long to provide the requested service, on the contrary) Thank you!

I had a serious problem that I won't describe here, but I feel obliged to thank all the operators, the coordinator, the reception clerk, in short, all the people from Progetto Ambiente who I contacted for their attention, availability and courtesy aimed at solving my problem. Problem not resolved immediately, but resolved. A great team! Thank you.

It promises but it doesn't give you job opportunities. Ah, it only hires staff who have been imprisoned, ex-convicts, very few work, disabled civilians and office staff. Let's leave aside the consideration I have for them.

Three stars because they were very badly organised. Precise days established for collection but their vehicles do not collect the things as expected on the established day. for example you mirror various measurements whether small or large, small objects. Bits and pieces of plastic or wood, in short, they collect whatever they like whenever they want. People complain, especially the elderly who don't have a car and find their rubbish piled up for several days. There are more and more dissatisfied people. I think if it continues like this it won't end well

I wasn't satisfied, I asked to dispose of polycarbonate corrugations but I don't know if they don't know the material, they told me no for fear that it was asbestos, I'm forced to spend a lot of money to insert simple cement
